Closing notice due to Chinese New Year
The Danish Embassy in Beijing and the Consulate Generals in Shanghai and Guangzhou as well as the visa application centres will be closed from Friday 9 February to Tuesday 13 February, 2024 (both days included) due to Chinese New Year.

The representations and the visa application centres will be open for business from Wednesday 14 February, 2024.
Applicants travelling during the holidays and after are requested to hand in visa applications well in advance of their planned travel.
In case of consular emergency, please call the switchboard of the Embassy at +86 (10) 8532 9900, the Consulate General in Shanghai at +86 (21) 8025 0600 or the Consulate General in Guangzhou at +86 (20) 2829 7300 where you will be re-directed to the 24/7 call centre at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
