New team of interns in Shanghai

A new year brings a fresh set of interns that will help us with a variety of different tasks in our Shanghai offices.

Now that our four new interns have been here for more than two weeks, it is time for us to introduce our new intern team at the Royal Danish Consulate General in Shanghai. Read about them below – and feel free to contact them if you have any questions about them or their work here in Shanghai.

Kristoffer Toftgaard Nielsen

As part of the Design and E-commerce team in the Trade Council, Kristoffer works with promoting and assisting Danish companies that are interested in expanding their business to Shanghai.

Having previously studied a bachelor’s degree in China Studies at the University of Copenhagen, he is currently doing a master’s programme in Cross-cultural Studies at the same university.

Eva Amalie Godtfredsen

Working as an investment intern with Invest in Denmark, Eva helps promote investments by Chinese and other Asian investors in Denmark.

She has long been interested in Asian cultures and Asia-Danish relations, and having visited Seoul and Osaka, she is excited to now experience Shanghai.

Eva holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, and she has just started her master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen.

Søren Gram Riisgaard

Søren works at Innovation Centre Denmark as the Innovation Marketing and Communication intern. He mainly works with updating social media, producing videos and graphics and helping the rest of the ICDK team with various tasks.

He is in the last semester of his bachelor’s degree in Language and International Business Communication at Aalborg University, and as a member of the Young Tech Innovation Board of BrainsBusiness Aalborg, he is hoping to bridge tech innovators in Shanghai and Northern Denmark. Søren has previously lived in Beijing and Seoul, and he is happy to be back in China.

Fie Vedel Christensen

Fie is the Innovation Management and Administration intern, and she primarily works with digital marketing, coordinating events and assisting the innovation specialists, the Innovation Attaché and the Executive Director in various tasks.

With her bachelor’s degree in International Business Communication and International Marketing with English from the University of Southern Denmark in Slagelse, Fie is an expert at making communication run smoothly. She is currently in the 3rd semester of her master’s degree, a Cand.Negot. in the field of Global Marketing Management, also from the University of Southern Denmark but in Odense.
