New extended test requirements upon entry to China (COVID-19 test + antibody blood test)

03.11.2020  02:52

The Chinese authorities have informed that new extended test requirements will be introduced to all passengers travelling from Denmark to China from the 7th of November 2020. Passengers will be required to show a negative COVID-19 test as well as a negative antibody blood test that can maximum be 48 hours old before boarding. These results will need to be sent to the Chinese Embassy in Copenhagen beforehand to obtain a so-called a certified health declaration. For Chinese citizens the same requirements are in place to obtain a so-called ‘green health code’. For transiting passengers, these tests will have to be retaken in the country of transit. Please read more on the Chinese Embassy’s website for full details. All questions regarding new test requirements must be directed to the Chinese Embassy in Copenhagen.

Update: Negative test results for both tests from "Airport Doctor CPH" are sufficient for boarding direct flights from Copenhagen without having to receive the certified health declaration. Please find the accepted format here.

Children under the age of three on direct flights from Denmark do not need test reports nor health declaration/code.
