Assessment

Your company can contact us without any costs and obligations and get an initial assessment of your business’ attractiveness and fit for the Chinese Market.

If we assess that your business has a potential on the Chinese market, you are ready for the next step: Explore.

Explore

We collect data about your company´s market opportunities and its competitive landscape. Moreover, we test your business’ value proposition by scouting potential customers and partners.

Afterwards, we offer your business a market visit to China. The market visit can consist of an ecosystem tour, Innovation Camp or “one-to-one” meetings.

If the exploration uncovers market opportunities, potential customers and partners in the Chinese market, you are ready for the next step: Engage.

Engage

We help you identify potential partners with our matchmaking program. We also assist you in the partnership commitments when the right partner is found. The partnership commitments could be a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and/or a Letter of Intent (LoI).

We assist you in developing a business model and help you create a business plan as well as an organisational strategy that fit the Chinese market. Moreover, we help you develop a funding strategy and an investor prospect.

Furthermore, we can act as a virtual representation and/or physical incubation for your business. This means that we can work as the intermediary between your business and your Chinese partner/customer until you are established in China.

We also support you as an advisory board, which means that we provide non-binding strategic advice in relation to your present and future business strategy.

When we have found the right partner, investor and/or incubator etc., have developed a business plan and found funding/investors, then you are ready for the next step: Establish.

Establish

Your business is ready to establish itself in China, i.e. organise a board of directors, financial closure, partner agreements, product adaptation to the Chinese market, marketing and sales as well as to build the core team etc.
